tablon is a new france based independent record label. supporting artists with a characteristic style, tablon releases music by passion, developing its own vision of todays and tomorrows dance music.
after a first ep by arnaud linked in a certain way to greece, tablon 002 will come from istanbul. far from us the idea to make a worldwide music label or refer to any old war between two countries. it just happened like that. sarp makes amazing music and we are proud to present his new ep. it is called >i care because you dont<, the artwork is made by nefelie and the mastering by mathieu berthet in paris. as we care a lot about the vinyl thing, our releases appear first on 12 inch vinyl.

after the huge success of the jeudi records friends ep with montes *true* the 5th release of jeudi records is welcoming yet another young gun from hamburg house city. sidney charles is deep into the drivin, energetic jackin house style. his two originals come with strong vocals, dominant basses and a dash of old school flavour. this diversified release is supported by two stylish remixes from re.you and label crew member doctor dru. re.you captures the berlin deep technoish vibe with a heavy tombass and a rare hypnotic groove. doctor drus remix is showing the melancholic and soulful feel of the vocals. perfect for the late summer nights.

mr eclectic electric, mr internationalist (69 countries to date), part time fat freddys drop collaborator / remixer and dj (electric freddy), the john coltrane of electronic music, grammy nominated (2002), multi award winning dj and producer, daddy vad returns with his 6th solo album entitled >dont be scared<.

finally we have d.o.g regular tornado wallace onboard to provide a remix which takes the original into far deeper territory. tw drops the bpms, adds an arpeggiating marimba line and builds up the synths resulting in a late night vibe which compliments the vocal perfectly.

for the first release of 2012, old friends of lazy days, lawnchair generals make a rare appearance on the label with their new single >dont stop<. the duo made of peter christianson and carlos mendoza were featured separately on the feel ep last year. this song was written for their exclusive live performance at the decibel festival in seattle last year. this classic lcg tracks also comes with a superb dub for the late nights.
rob mello was an easy choice for the remix as we have been long time friends and fans of his. he took the track apart and gave us his unique no ears approach to the remix, a twisted deep afterhours biz. we hope you enjoy the release.
